Production time
All items are printed on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Production typically takes 2–5 business days after you place your order (it can take longer during peak holiday periods).
If we learn your order won't ship within the time stated, we'll email you with a revised ship date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund. Refunds for cancelled or unshipped orders are issued promptly to your original payment method.
Delivery within the United States
US standard delivery usually takes an additional 3–5 business days after your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays can happen, especially in November and December.
Shipping rates
- Free US standard shipping on orders of $60 or more (merchandise subtotal after discounts, before taxes).
- Otherwise, US standard shipping is calculated at checkout by product type, starting at $4.95 for a T-shirt, $6.69 for a mug, and $8.79 for a sweatshirt or hoodie. Orders containing different types of products may show a combined rate.
- The exact rate for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Multiple packages
Items in one order may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Holiday orders
If you're ordering a gift, please order early. We'll post recommended holiday order-by dates on our site when available.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. See our Refund Policy for lost, damaged, or misprinted items.
